What’s on this new year’s eve

With the end of the year fast approaching, how are you planning to bring in the New Year?

Here’s a glimpse at what’s on across the region this New Year’s Eve:

Goomeri

Looking for some fast paced, action filled entertainment this New Year’s Eve, then come on down to the small rural town of Goomeri for their annual NYE Rodeo.

Held at the Goomeri Showgrounds, it is expected to be a day full of action lasting well into the night.

Junior Rodeo kicks off at 7am before the main rodeo at 4pm.

Mik Oberle will bring the entertainment once the rodeo finishes, playing all the way through to after midnight.

Ticket Prices:

Adult – $20

12-17 yrs – $15

Under 12 FREE

Pension card – $10

Camping is available in the paddock, no booking required.

Powered sites in the campgrounds for $25 and unpowered sites for $20.

Moffatdale

If something more refined is your family’s taste, why not attend NYE 2024 at Dusty Hill Vineyard for live music, canapes and camping.

Dusty Hill Vineyard can be found at 80 Waterview Drive Moffatdale, QLD 4605.

Live music includes Paul Menzies, Dude on a Piano and Bad Habits, with canapes being served from 5pm to 8pm.

Camping is available, with guests encouraged to bring their swag, tent or caravan to sleep amongst the vines.

Ticket Prices

Adult – $129 each

Children – $42 (15 years and younger)

Children 5 years and under – FREE

Kingaroy

Looking for a more musical way to bring in the new year, come on down and spend New Years Eve with RYZA at the Carrollee Hotel in Kingaroy.

RYZA is a four piece band performing songs that we all know and love, and the staff of the Carrollee Hotel invite everyone to come on down and bring in the New Year with dancing and shenanigans.

There are limited tables, so call 4162 1055 to book your place.

Kingaroy

Bring a bit of beachy fun to this New Year’s Eve at the Kingaroy RSL New Year’s Eve Beach Party.

A family friendly event with live entertainment, bring the family down from 7.30pm and bring in the new year with a beachy twist, with cocktails available for those old enough to enjoy them.
