MENtoring done right with mates

South Burnett men are invited to come along and enjoy the mateship within the community and build some resilience skills.

Marcus Mission will be hosting the South Burnett Mateship, MENtoring and resilience building session on Thursday, 4 March.

The free program is open to all men over the age of 18 and will provide them with the practical tools to support their mates going through challenging times, while picking up useful skills for themselves allow the way.

Community minded men are encouraged to speak to the Marcus Mission team about becoming a volunteer MENtor who are available to connect with and support other men doing it tough.

The afternoon will kick off with a free BBQ and informal catch-up from 4.30-5.30pm, followed by the resilience building and skills development session from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
