Past students gathered at the Googa Outdoor Education Centre on Sunday 27 June, to commemorate a 100 years of Googa-Googa State School.
The celebration included lunch, sweets, beverages, and a very special celebration for former student Joan Tigell’s 90th birthday.
The Googa Outdoor Education Centre and Christian Retreat host Year 10 students from a number of Lutheran schools as they embark on a four-week outdoor education program at the centre.
Grace Lutheran College, Good Shepherd Lutheran College and Grace Lutheran Primary School all utilise the centre in the Blackbutt Range.
