For those with their eyes set on a career in the police service, the cops are ready to answer queries at the 2022 South Burnett Careers Market.

Members from the Queensland Police Service (QPS) will be attending the careers market being held at the Kingaroy TAFE College on 21 July.

Whilst the day is open to schools from 8.30am to 2pm, all others interested in a policing career are welcome to come along between 2pm to 4.30pm or can make inquiries through their local stations.

The QPS is looking for applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience which reflects the community we serve.

You need integrity, community values, professionalism and show respect and fairness at all times.

Anyone who is considering a career within the QPS should take this fantastic opportunity to liaise with local police officers and take the next step to determine if you’re made for it!

This is also a wonderful opportunity to come down and have a look at the Darling Downs District Mobile Police Beat. The QPS team are looking forward to liaising with future police applicants.

Police officers aren’t born, they’re made, with every challenge or adversity overcome, and their personal values, helping to shape them into great officers who can make a real difference.

There is no better time to join the QPS. You’re already ready. Visit PoliceRecruit.com.au to check your eligibility today.
