When I heard that the Blackbutt Benarkin Lions Club where able to hold their Christmas Festival, I was stoked.

Unable to hold this event for the last two years, because of Coved, this year’s event will brighten up so many lives in our community, thanks to the hard workers who are bringing it to us.

The Festival is to be held on Friday 9 December 5pm -9.30pm, and will be held at the Timbertown Sports Field, 24 Railway Street Blackbutt.

Entry is Free. Free all Ages Event.

Jumping castle, snow cones, games, and market stalls, free sausage sizzle and a big screen movie.

Bring a blanket or chair to sit on.

Santa arrives at 6.30pm and the fireworks will be on at 9.30pm. The canteen will be open for other food options and beverages.

What a special gift this Festival is, expressing “good will to all mankind.”
