Roadworks in the South Burnett

South Burnett Regional Council wishes to advise that bitumen resealing works are due to commence from Monday 13 February 2023 extending to Tuesday 23 May 2023 on the below-listed roads, weather permitting:

• Bicks Road, Cloyna

• Braithwaites Road, Murgon

• Campbells Road, Silverleaf

• Cants Road, Wooroolin

• Crawford Road, Crawford

• Crownthorpe Road, Crownthorpe

• Fairdale Road, Fairdale

• Glenrock Road, Glenrock

• Gore Street, Murgon

• Headings Road, Sunny Nook

• Jarail Road, Ironpot

• Johnstown Road, Johnstown

• Kumbia Minmore Road, Kumbia

• Pringles Hill Road, Tablelands

• Silverleaf Road, Byee

• Stuart Valley Drive, Haly Creek

• Taylors Road, Kingaroy

• Tingoora Chelmsford Road, Tingoora

• Wattle Camp Road, Wattle Camp

• West Street, Kingaroy

These works are jointly funded through Queensland’s State Government Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme (TIDS), Roads to Recovery (RTR), Local Road and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) and Council’s 2022/2023 Capital Works Program.

In order to provide a safe work environment, the work areas will be controlled by signage or with traffic controllers as required.

Motorists are requested to travel with extra care, to drive to the prevailing road conditions and to adhere to signage.
