What an amazing amount of money to be gifted to our small community group.
$10,507.51 is the equivalent of approximately 15 scone days – that’s a lot of fundraising and cooking to be able to have all of the electrical work brought up to current safety standards and have additional lighting and fans so we can not only see but be more comfortable doing our craft, crochet and knitting and workshops, cooking our scones and biscuits which are loved by the locals far and wide.
Additional safety lighting has made our building more accessible for evening events and sharing with our community.
