Showing some Western Performance in the South Burnett

The South Burnett Western Performance Club again had a great weekend of shows attracting equestrians from as far afield as Gatton, Pomona, Widgee, Caboolture and Dalby.

Saturday 4 June was the Beginners Show, with guest judge Justine Morlet and Sunday 5 June we had the Open Show with guest judge Helen Bentley.

The Sunday show had a special Halter Classics feature and Supreme of Breed halter that went to Dennis Shillings showing the horse Made ya Look for owner Teniele Duke.

The next show weekend in July will be the last for the show season.

The Beginners Show will be on Saturday 2 July with Guest Judge Rosie Fyfe. The Open Show on Sunday 3 July will have a special feature class of Open Trail.

A special thank you to our volunteers and sponsors who make these shows possible!

Everyone is welcome to come to the Beginner and Open Shows at the club including those not current members who can join up for the day for only $10. All the information about the shows can be found on the Club’s Facebook page.
