Driver taken to hospital after Ban Ban Springs crash

A driver was transported to hospital in a stable condition following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of the Burnett and Isis Highways in Ban Ban Springs.

First responders from the Queensland Ambulance and Police Services received a call shortly after 6am today, 14 October, indicating an ongoing incident involving two cars.

A QPS spokesperson said that police suspect a head-on collision occurred between the two vehicles, but that investigations as to the cause of the crash are still ongoing.

A spokesperson for the Queensland Ambulance service confirmed that one person was transported to Gayndah Hospital in a stable condition, while the other person involved in the incident did not require treatment.
