Race-goers strutted the runway showing off their best attire for Kumbia’s ‘Flemington of the Bush’ last Tuesday, 2 November.

To celebrate the end of McGrath Foundation’s ‘Pinktober,’ organisers opted for a ‘splash of pink’ theme.

From magenta fascinators to baby pink shoes and intricately designed blush clutches – the women’s categories stunned the stage demonstrating attention to detail and a passion for fashion.

The men also stepped up to the challenge opting for pink ties and floral dress shirts.

The winners of each category were:

Best Headwear winner Verelle O’Shanesy, and runner-up Muriel Skillen.

Most Stylish under 50s winner, Amy Fairbairn, and runner-up, Felicity Reinke.

Most Stylish men’s category winner, Darryl Dove, and runner-up, Thomas Thompson.
