The Kingaroy club holds monthly meetings as well as lunch outings visiting places like Bell, Cooyar and the Bunya Mountains.

Secretary Rhonda Smith said they were keen for new members to join in -at one stage they had 90 members, but numbers have now dwindled down to 66.

“I really enjoy the mix of people at the meetings,” she said.

“The guest speakers are often informative and interesting and I really enjoy it.”
