Chair yoga is a hit

Chair yoga will be coming to Proston in 2026.

Residents trialed chair yoga with great enthusiasm on Friday morning, 5 December.

Chair yoga is expected to begin on Friday, 30 January from 10am at Proston’s Railway Park.
